The latest updates from us on how the restrictions affect your experience in store.

Dear Customers,

Following the government announcement, we will remain open from Tuesday 5th January 2021.  We continue to be committed to ensuring all our customers and colleagues remain as safe as possible by following the latest guidelines.  

All of our Spring range is available to purchase online for delivery.  Seeds, Summer Bulbs, Propagation, Compost, Tools and Gardening product can all be found in our online Shop.  Spend over £30 and delivery is free to all BS and Selected GL, BA and NP postcodes.

We will be changing our opening hours for January opening daily from 10am till 4pm. 

We will also be reinforcing measures in the garden centre to keep everyone safe. These will include:

  • One-way routes will be in place where necessary.  Please follow floor markings where possible and be considerate to others - You should always be maintaining social distancing.
  • Please try and avoid coming in family groups, where possible we would prefer one person per household.
  • All trolleys are located outside our store, you will need to collect one on your way in if you wish to use one and a sanitisation station will be at the front of the store and located throughout.
  • Please continue to wear masks (unless exempt) throughout the garden centre.

We are only accepting payment by card or Almondsbury gift cards. We will not accept HTA gift cards or vouchers at this time.

Our full gardening product range remains available in the top greenhouse area near the Bedding and Bulbs section and are available to purchase both in-store and online.  If there is something you cannot find, please speak to a member of our team, or call on 01454457300.

Milano’s takeaway coffee cabin will continue to serve take away coffee and cake from outside the garden centre.

Frequently Asked Questions

My partner and I would both like to visit can we?

Yes of course, but to maintain social distancing you will need a trolley per person to help maintain the distancing rules.

Do I need a trolley?

Yes, you will need to use a trolley to help maintain a safe 2m gap between all our customers.

Can I bring my children?

Please consider all government advice before travelling, of course children are welcome, but please ensure that a 2m gap is kept between yourselves and other customers.

Is the compost drive-thru open?

Yes, the compost drive-thru is open. We do have a concise range of products available for at least the next couple of weeks. To see what is in stock please visit Payment will be card payment only.

I am shielding, can I still order online?

Yes, from Monday 18th May, our online ordering will re-open with key offerings. You will also be able to order over the phone 01454 457300.

I am still waiting for my delivery, what do I need to do?

The team are processing all orders at the moment and we will be ensuring these are delivered or out of stocks delivered within 7 days.

Is the coffee shop open?

We are looking forward to opening our Kitchen back up on the 1st October as a takeaway for the Winter and will include our incredible Lavazza Coffee and beautiful range of homemade cakes and snacks. The takeaway will be available for all customers and we have added numerous extra benches around the store as well as some cover outside of our Christmas Shop.

Gift Vouchers/Gift Cards

We will only be accepting our Almondsbury Gift Card instore until further notice. We will not be redeeming or accepting HTA National Garden Centre Gift Cards and Vouchers instore or online.

Current vouchers/Afternoon Tea packages

We will of course extend the date on these vouchers due to expire between March 24th 2020 and July 31st 2020
