Coffee Shop Manager
An Exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic leader who has a real passion for Food and Drink to join Bristol’s Largest Independent Garden Centre as our new coffee shop manager.
The Ideal Candidate will have a passion for cooking, possess excellent people management skills, Great Communication Skills and be able to lead and organise your team whilst maintaining excellent customer service sales and service. The role requires an excellent motivator, who is happy working weekends within our fantastic new coffee shop.

Online Delivery Co-ordinator
Almondsbury Garden Centre are proud to be one of the best garden centres in the southwest and are expanding their regional and national online offering.
We are currently recruiting for Online Delivery Co-ordinator to work within our Online team. This role will involve dealing with both clients, suppliers and courier companies.
You will be coordinating deliveries as well as providing support for our click and collect system
The purpose of the role is to provide all our customers both instore and online with a seamless delivery service. The right individual for this role needs to be highly decisive and possess great attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be picking and collating orders for Delivery/Collection and liaising with department teams to ensure smooth delivery/collection of products.
The job would require basic Microsoft Office skills and ideally competence with offline and online stock management systems. The successful candidate should be confident and well spoken and happy to deal with customers both face to face and over the telephone. Retail experience required.

- Taking ownership of own streams whilst demonstrating flexibility when required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills + ability to communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent planning and organisation skills + ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks
- Ability to work quickly, with excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy and a methodical approach, even under pressure.
This position is divided between working with the computer at a desk, speaking with Customer and suppliers and picking online orders.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team members to join our busy garden centre team. We are Bristol's Largest Independent Garden Centre and we want great people to join us! You will have a love of plants and be able to provide customers with outstanding knowledge and advice while shopping with us.
You will be involved with a vibrant team, helping customers and providing excellent customer service as well at times be working on your own. You will be maintaining and selling our stunning range of plants in the largest plant area in the southwest. This is a fantastic chance to build a career in an exceptionally rewarding sector, so if you want a change of direction or a new start, training can be provided all we ask is that you come and join us with energy and enthusiasm.
