General Retail Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic team members to join our busy garden centre team. We are Bristol's Largest Independent Garden Centre and we want great people to join us! You will have a love of retail/plants and be able to provide customers with outstanding knowledge and advice while shopping with us.

You will be involved with a vibrant team, helping customers and providing excellent customer service as well at times be working on your own. You will be maintaining and selling our stunning range of plants in the largest plant area in the southwest. This is a fantastic chance to build a career in an exceptionally rewarding sector, so if you want a change of direction or a new start, training can be provided all we ask is that you come and join us with energy and enthusiasm.

This role is a full time and will include weekends, either one day or both. As a family run, independent business, we provide a friendly working environment, staff discount scheme, subsidised social events and a benefits package commensurate with a progressive company.

Customer Services Assistant

Independent, Family owned Almondsbury Garden Centre is currently recruiting Customer Service Assistants for our Customer Service Department. We are seeking a motivated, well presented, enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver excellent customer service skills, cash handling and must be able to communicate well with customers and team members.

The role will include working weekend and Bank Holidays.

Seasonal General Assistant

We are looking for Seasonal General Assistants to join our team in various areas of the garden centre.  You will be involved with a busy team, helping keep provide our customers with excellent service, keeping the site clean and tidy and working on our tills to serve our customers.  Every day will be different and you will join a friendly and vibrant team at Bristol’s largest Independent Garden Centre.  We have various shifts available to suit.  These roles are short term contract from 1st September to 30th December. This role will require working weekends and Bank Holidays.
