Plant Area Manager

An Exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic team player to join Bristol’s Largest Independent Garden Centre as our Plant Area Manager.

The Ideal Candidate will have a strong track record in Garden Centre Plant Sales. You will have excellent people management skills, great communication skills and be able to lead and organise your team whilst maintaining excellent sales and customer service.  You will work with your team to deliver an unrivalled Plant Area in the South West.

The role requires you to be an exceptional buyer, a great retailer with outstanding merchandiser standards and have a proven track record in motivating teams to exceptional achievements.

In return, we provide a competitive salary (35K to 40K), a friendly working environment, staff discount scheme, subsidised social events and a benefits package commensurate with a progressive company.

Assistant Manager (Plants)

An Exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic team player to join Bristol’s Largest Independent Garden Centre as our Assistant plant area manager.

The Ideal Candidate will have a strong track record in plant area sales and currently be a supervisor or assistant manager looking for their next step into management. You will have excellent people management skills, great communication skills and be able to lead and organise your team whilst maintaining excellent sales and customer service in the absence of management.

The role requires you to have experience in buying, be a strong retailer and have outstanding merchandiser standards and have a proven track record in motivating teams to exceptional achievements.

In return, we provide a competitive salary (25K to 27.5K), a friendly working environment, staff discount scheme, subsidised social events and a benefits package commensurate with a progressive company.

Weekend Retail Assistants

We require friendly and enthusiastic personalities to work in our Garden Centre.

We are looking for friendly and confident individuals to work in a variety of roles throughout the business. If you have an interest in Customer Services or Retail Sales then please get in touch.

Previous experience of working in a retail environment would be an advantage, although not essential as full training is given. Applicants must be 16 or over to work on Saturdays and 17 or over to work on Sundays.

You will be involved with a vibrant team, helping customers and providing excellent customer service. You will help to maintain stock levels as well as keeping areas clean and tidy. These rewarding roles will include working weekend and Bank Holidays.

Kitchen Assistant/Cook

We are looking for enthusiastic team members with a Love of Food and Coffee for our restaurant “The Kitchen” at Almondsbury Garden centre.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are looking for their next opportunity within the catering world. A chance to work in a team where ideas are encouraged whilst delivering outstanding food.

If you are looking for Day time hours and have experience of working in a busy food based environment and would like the chance to work with our successful team. You will need to be fully flexible on days and hours, job will include one weekend day.
